It seems we have too many rules, quota and discrimination lawsuits in American Business. In fact, it hurts all of us in the end. An entrepreneur should be able to hire whomever he wants without any legal rule being imposed on him in the hiring process.
As an entrepreneur, I want to hire the best, most qualified man or woman who will perform the best quality. If this person happens to be blue, so what? If the percentage is higher than green people, because they work better together and smarter than humans on average, then I don’t want anyone breathing down my neck because they don’t see enough purple people working here.
The government needs to stay out of these things. Because the government is doing nothing good and by threatening or pretending to impose quota theories or initiating cases or investigations about the color of the people XYZ hires, everyone loses. In fact, this is probably why the government is so ineffective, that they worry too much about being politically correct and can’t get anything done.
The best person should get the job, because they deserve it and offer better productivity, in this way competition in the supply of labor will solve all the problems and prevent people from getting influence for work while providing lower productivity.
More efficiency in the company, means more profits, better expansion, more hiring, better tax revenue, which is good for the vitality of our economy and very good for all the people who want good jobs. To hell with anyone suggesting any other rules and regulations regarding labor or labor law, because that only helps law firms, who cooperate with regulators and the professional parasites that perpetuate this political correctness.
Stay out of my business, we should hire whoever we want, when we want and the best person will get the job, that’s the American way and that’s fair to all involved. Everyone knows that applying racism to business is unprofitable, and whoever does it will fail. So the free market will fix it, but it can’t happen until the government gets out of the way, along with the lawyers pulling their leads. Caesar, where are you now?
